Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail the next business day after they are placed. For example, if you place an order on Friday afternoon, it will ship on Monday. You will receive a USPS tracking number when your order ships. The tracking number may not work for 24 hours — this is normal. USPS First Class Mail generally takes 5-7 days in transit before being delivered. Delivery time for USPS First Class Mail is estimated, not guaranteed. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please let us know.

Return & Exchange Policy

30 Day Return Full Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

You must return your item with a note referencing your order number and name - so we can process the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
